Language Button is Replaced with Menu

Per request (see Feature Requests forum) - the Language Button was replaced with pull-down menu.

Now the languages can be selected directly.

We also added language selection to the start pop-up window. So the language can be selected right after login.

Spresent will remember the last language selected on the computer. Next time it will start with the language previously selected on the computer.
